This is advising you that WRDSB’s ticketing system has been replaced with a new Self-Service Portal, TOPdesk. For more details, please refer to the Staff Intranet, or the All Staff Notice sent on August 14th.
TOPdesk offers a modern looking Self-Service Portal. The major highlight of TOPdesk is the simplicity of the layout and the ease of use of the tool. An added advantage is the availability of a knowledge base that will provide self-help and/or next steps prior to putting in a ticket.
Please note: The knowledge base is still under development. The most common inquiries are currently available to assist you.
